Narcissistic Phobos admires his beauty or he thinks about conquering worlds while combing his luxurious hair.
Originally — a mysterious antagonist with charisma and unusual appearance. Powerful, rich, intelligent, elegant, ruthless and insane... well, a classic villain set. He was tyrannical ruler of Meridian, also known as Metamoor or Metaworld.
He is also very good looking and can charm anyone just with a smile and a look of his blue eyes.
Although Phobos appears youthful, his true age is uncertain; he is known, however, to be very old. Phobos may be thousands of years old.

In Metamoor, the throne is only passed to female, because in that world only the queen will have "magical light" and "inexhaustible magical power", and since Phobos is a boy, he could not become a legitimate ruler. I have a theory: since he was born first, and always dreamed of being a ruler, and also, apparently, his parents loved him and did not expect that Elyon (Phobos's sister) would be born many years later, it is quite possible that Phobos was raised as a girl (this explains his androgynous appearance, feminine hairstyle with very long hair and feminine clothes, no one man in Metamoor has anything like that) and prepared to be a ruler, regardless of his physical sex.
But princess Elyon was born, and then Phobos could no longer claim the throne. Despite his great knowledge, experience in politics and witchcraft, his royal parents denied him the right to inherit. This greatly hurt him, he wished to conquer all the worlds and have the most powerful magic, his lust for power became the cause of his evil...
