As always your inks are fantastic. I think you are among the best there is at what you do. The Wolverine of the inking world LOL!
Really nice work man. I think I'll give it a go with some color and try not to do to much damage to it lol
Thank you for sharing your talent with us all. I really appreciate it.Β

Nice inks! I tried 'drunken monkey' style coloring for it...well only a few shots of vodka...but I think it actually improves my concentration! [link]

What do you use to ink? Currently I'm attempting to ink one of MAD! pictures and I'm using my pigma microns. Any suggestion for someone getting back into the swing of inking?

Earlier in my works I've used a brush and nib...lately I've been using a .3 Steadtler pen. Same as a micron, but definitely flows more from my experience.
Ive been teaching myself the craft and found the best way to learn is look at as much art as you can and try to understand why and how they are doing what they do!

xD I actually have a Staedtler set that has a .25, .35, .5, and .7! I totally forgot about them. There was another set I used as well that I can't remember the name of. For the black areas you color in, do you use the inking set or do you go with a permanent marker? I've seen a few of my artist friends do with their pictures. I think going with the permanent marker doesn't keep the consistency of pigment from the ink.

Oh, I forgot to mention that, I use a Pentel pocket brush or filling blacks and adjusting line weights.

xD I don't think I'm that confident in using a brush tip pen yet! I fail at using my brush tip markers as is! Thank you for all the help! We'll see how this inking turns out!

Hehe...well for filling it's perfect. It's taken me 4 years to gain the little confidence I have, but steady practice is the only way to improve and grow.
