I wore the same thing I did last year. Wasn't that cold [35°] when it was snowing.
Winter Wear
Basically my red Gap jacket, a hat, gloves, boots, and thicker pants like cargos.

I've only been in the snow for about 6 months out of the 3 years i was in oregon, but either its just me, but it seems warmer when its snowing then the clearing directly afterwards.
