This happened to one of my friends, and the guy involved is an absolute ass with no respect to girls' feelings, making them do stuff they're uncomfortable with. =/ I'm not saying this guy is like that, but just be careful and make sure he's worth your affection.

i know how this feels all too well... love triangles and stuff like that... i was intamate with a guy who was my boyfriend.. said he loved me and stuff... then like a few weeks later he turned around and dropped me like a piece of trash and banged my ex girlfriend.. and now they are together...
it hurts.. and im still trying to get over it... but.. one thing i have to say is just try to get over it ST.. it gets better with time...

This sounds so much like what happened to me.
One of my best friends told me she loved me, then I found out two months later that she'd asked out the other girl in our trio... that hurt a lot, but I think I've recovered by this point...
ST, let them go their own way. If he doesn't come back to you, leave it behind you. If he comes back to you, then it's your turn to make a decision on the matter. (personally, I'm still hoping that one of them will dump the other and that she'll come back to me...)
