for a while after while i was recovering from my depression, i couldn't read about them either
it made me think too much about what i experienced
but after time has passed, i realized talking and reading about it helps release the pain i experienced
don't worry, it could get better
all you might need is time

I understand how you feel. During my worst times I couldn't hear anyone talk about depression and I left the room when stories about suicide entered the conversation.

I understand that and you should not feel too bad about it. You will grow stronger later and then can do this.

I think I know what you mean, ST. If you read about it, it just gets you thinking too hard and pulls you back, right? I have trouble with it, too.

That's understandable, ST. You don't have to look at the secrets if it makes you feel uncomfortable.
I try not to either sometimes because I do not want to feel depressed or remember my depression.
