You're not crazy... Oddly enough, this has happened to me too. It's weird... I see a lot of things... Sometimes it's because they know I can help them. Maybe it's the same way with you? Though I don't know why some spirits seem to like to attach themselves to people... It could just be out of boredom.

Perhaps a Dark Man of sorts. Not necessary bad, but a figure that may have some significance in your life. Or maybe he's attached to you in some way. I figure, as long as he doesn't try to inspire fear or hate in you, there's nothing to worry about. If you wish, just ignore him until he goes away. Spirits thrive on fear and attention.

Just because you see things
doesn't mean you're crazy
crazy people rarely question their sanity
you could be seeing spirits or guides
you may be psychic and just not be aware of it
I suggest you talk to an open minded friend or family member
also if you can, talk to someone spiritual, maybe a psychic (not the ones that make you pay, one of those meditation class runners or something)
and if you feel you really need to a counceller (however not all are helpful when it comes to being open minded... )
another thought, have you ever wondered why you keep seeing him? maybe he needs your help or he's there to help you...
you might (just maybe) want to find a way to find that out

I'm proud to be crazy. I see things, but they don't really bother me.
However- for you- this thing is pretty freaky looking, and it seems to be bothering you so I suggest you get help.
I want to tell you that there's nothing wrong with being crazy unless you think there is. If you get what I mean.
I've noticed that lots of other people have told you not to assume it's just in your head. Now, I'm not saying you should completely rule out the possibility that it's real, but the way you've explained it, I think it is in your imagination. (This does not mean it is any less important, because it is real to you)
This might be really random, or it might help, but take my advice or leave it.

I've heard salt does a lot to help keep areas 'pure' but like most things, I think rituals and purification rites and what not only work if you believe in them. If you do find someone to work a purification rite and 'he' still doesn't leave you alone, I would see a professional doctor just to cover all your bases. If you truely want him gone, keep an open mind and try everything you can (ie excorsisms, pills, doctors, hypnotism, ouji board-make sure you're with some one who knows how to use one though-brain scan, whatever). Eventually something's got to work right?? You're not crazy. how can you be when you have this kind of logical fear???

Some things I've found help include sator squares and placing crystals at all entrances to the room (doors/windows). I've had things like this, too.
But do remember, just because he's there and follows you--and just because he scares your animals--doesn't mean he's malevolent. It definitely is worth talking to him, if you're into that sort of thing.

Ask him his name.
I had one for a long time. His name was Daniel. He used to terrify my (and play tricks on me) until one day, I finally asked him his name. He didn't tell me, obviously, but it sort of popped into my head. Sometimes, people left behind are just lonely and need someone who will acknowledge them, be kind and patient with them. Don't be scared, he can't really do anything to you. Daniel became my talk-to diary until one day he just sort of vanished. Almost a decade later and I still miss him =/ They can become a comfort if you're not afraid.

ghosts do follow people around sometimes. it is possible that you arent crazy. I would speak with someone about a protection or banishing ritual, depending on your beliefs any person that is trustworthy and has knowledge could hopefully help

IN MY OPINION I think that it is one of Satan's tricks to try adn get you afraid, offering him a chance to take you. Whether I'm right or not, I hope it stops. My only advice is to pray about it, and know you're not alone. I see things too.

You aren't crazy, okay? Everyone has different views of what 'crazy' is and in my opinion, you aren't crazy. You could be ill, yes. But crazy and ill are two hugely different things.
Please, please talk to someone about this. This sounds difficult for you and is clearly causing you to suffer, and no one deserves that.

I have a similar thing. I know it's not real but I can still feel it there. =/
Thankfully it's mainly left me alone now. It comes back at bad times though (and sometimes not even at bad times, just randomly).

There are more things in this world than science will admit to. I don't believe that you're crazy. Have any of the other things you've seen been problematic at all? If this particular thing is causing you anxiety, talk to someone about it - a parent, a doctor, a religious figure, a friend. Someone you trust.
I can't make out much of the lighter background text, but I do see "my animals fear it, but I think he fears them too". This might sound odd, but pay attention to that, and take a cue from it. Animals are more intelligent than we give them credit for.

There are other levels of reality. Angels and Demons and the like. You may or may not believe in any religion but I have a feeling there's something going on. You might want to talk to your church elders or the like.
