This is such a sincere secret, I don't think one person does not identify with at least one of the topics, it's just an every-day-inner-turmoil inside anyone's head. And I can understand what you mean, but I wish I had the answer for you. I don't have it for myself either.

And yes, they are supposed to help :\ Friends and family are supposed to be your backup, who you go to when you feel down and lonely. They should always be there to boost you up.
