I do remember Red Monika from back in the day. I would toil in searching the internet for images from her when I first heard about her from my friends when we were trying to start a comic.

That's Garrison, one of the protagonists of Battle Chasers and a somewhat-implied love interest for Monika. If the comic had gone longer than 9 issues, something may eventually have resulted.
Read the comic, it's pretty good even though it'll never be finished.

The CBR files are available through torrents, and the entire series was put into anthology form last year. Just search for Battle Chasers Anthology, you can buy it online.
