Hey.
Wonderful picture!
I know, you don't want me to use this picture, but i think, asking is free.
So do you think, i can use this picture, if i write your name under every picture?

I love the capture of the moment! It looks like the horse is sizing you up even though she's jumping. Surpirsed to hear that Paint horses aren't big jumpers- all the Paint shows I go to have big jumper classes!

Thank you very much.
Although I understand what you are saying, alot of the shows over here in the UK are run by Riding Schools/Pony Clubs and range from about 2' to 3' - this early in the morning, the jumps were at approx 2'3" - 2'6" - alot of the riders start off small with the lower classes because not only do they feel more comfortable with this (alot are still learning) but they also build up the points and rosettes as they move further up the classes. It's also a case of money, the lower classes such as the jumps that are at 2'3" - 2'6" are a hell of alot cheaper than those that are at a height of 2'9" - 3'0"
Coloureds are big jumpers over here, the horse that I had at college and I used to jump 3'9" - 4'0" easy - but then that was cause we were alot more experienced. The basicity of all these little shows is to build up your confidence. It's not really a case as to whether the horses are jumping small or not.

I see. I just thought it odd that everyone was mentioning the paint horse like it was a big deal to see a paint jumper. I meant we had big classes as in the number of horses and riders, not the jumps.

I see what you mean though. I'm not a big hunter/jumper so I don't really know what the "big" shows in the US are. When I did show it was mainly Breed shows, so either Quarter Horse or Pinto shows.

Oh, wow...this one looks just like my friend's hunter jumper! It's so cool to see colored horses in the English world.
