My mouth stood wiiiide open when I saw that episode today, some days ago I first saw it in spanish and thought: TRANSLATION, PLEASE!
Well, let me remember (it won't be perfect, but I try my best ^^ And be aware that somethimes the German translation is a little different than the english one, because it makes more sense that way in german. but it won't change the meaning behind it ^^):
As you could see, after marlene got bleached everyone was turned on by her (means: skipper ^.~, julien, rico and private - kowalski had just interest in her "species").
They thought she wasn't an otter but an arctic mink. this species is rare, kowalski said. that made marlene even more attractive to them ^^ julien decided to make her his queen. marlene tried to tell them all the time that she wasn't the so called "Arlene".
to tell the truth, skipper almost never said something that made sense, but he always tried to get her on his own, yelling at julien "I SAW HER FIRST!" and then tackleing him XDDD
Skipper was her only hope to get recognized as marlene.
When he drew the picture of them both she asks:
"so you like me?"
"of course I do!"
"and I'm that different than marlene?"
"well - yes! you look good and you got a fresh and clean smell!"
"like chlorine? -.-'" <- was pissed 'cause he commented marlene wouldn't smell that clean in a way.
and when he visits her at her home she tries it in another way, saying:
"okay, I'm arlene. but aren't you wondering why I'm at marlene's?"
"you're living with her, so what? but now that you mention it - where has she gone?"
"let me give you a hint."
and then she gives him the photo of her and her waterball. his comment:
"whoa, why didn't I realize it sooner?!"
When he's back at HQ he tells his team that arlene had kidnapped marlene xD but the great thing about it: the sec he "realizes this truth" he forgets all his love for alrene and tries to save marlene - going back to marlenes habitat with his team to capture arlene and force her to return marlene. now, you know about the hunt and after marlene got her old fur colour back, the penguins won't believe it was marlene all the time. skippers only comment is:
"she was as hot as she was cold ("kidnapping marlene" and so on)"
So marlene gets pissed. then the bleached mort appears, marlene smiles and the penguins watch in disbelief in recognize marlene's right, but no one would say a word and admit their fault ^^
that's what I can remember. I was too shocked to remember all the detail ^^'

but I know both versions, and there's almost no difference, only in some words maybe (like when skipper is cursing XD of course in other languages it wouldn't work - is it right that sometimes skipper says "hoover dam!" or something like that? the thing with dam/damn wouldn't work in german ^^)
