Background:
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were dispatched to the Outer Rim world of Nelvaan to investigate a disturbance.

Skywalker and Kenobi encountered the Nelvaanians and were taken to their village, Rokrul. After seeing that the village was mostly made up of women and children, they learned that all the Nelvaanian males in the village have mysteriously been disappearing. After enduring a Nelvaanian ceremony, Skywalker embarked on a quest to discover why Nelvaan was shrouded in seemingly eternal winter and to find the missing Nelvaanian males.

A group of Skakoan combat engineers were stationed at the base, creating mutant Nelvaanians to use as biological weapons. After freeing the mutant Nelvaanian males, Skywalker then scaled the siphon generator and destroyed the crystal powering it. As the planet's ice age came to a close, Skywalker clambered to the surface, killing off the Skakoans and their leader in the process. After Skywalker returned the Nelvaanian males to Rokrul, he and Kenobi departed the planet.

Biography:
Roka grew up in the village of Rokrul with his parents and brother. While out hunting with his father, they were suddenly ambushed by B1 Battle Droids working for the engineers. Not wanting to endanger his son, Roka's father tossed him into a nearby river. Roka could only helplessly watch as the droids capture his father and drag him off to be mutated in the engineer's sick experiments before eventually washing up near his village where his mother spotted him and pulled him onto land.

Deep down, he blamed himself for the incident and not being able to do anything to save him. He tried several times to go off and search for his father but his mother always stopped him. Not wanting to lose her son as well. It wasn't until Anakin and Obi Wan's arrival to the village that he he finally reunited with his father and saw Anakin and idolized Anakin as his hero.Promising himself to be just as selfless and heroic as him.

When he started showing signs of being force sensitive, he was recruited into the Jedi Order where he began learning his abilities and trained in one of the 7 styles of lightsaber combat, Form V (coincidentally, Anakin's lightsaber style) like other Jedi, he too later took part of the Clone Wars alongside his master against the Seperatist forces until the end.

His fate was unknown when Order 66 was executed.
