OMG DEVO is the man, I wish one day I could do something like this, it is so SICK.
The character is one mechanical baby with beautiful colors, perfect shading and amazing details, looks like something from Matrix I just love it, from his mouth comes the letters saying Devo in green with some purple with amazing shading, the 3D is just dope, the background is very cool too.

Ah i used primsa scholar color pencils and it has a blender to smoother it up.
