Description Russia(Russian: Росси́я) is a counrty in Eurasia.
De facto, Russia is a dualistic monarchy, because according to the Constitution, sovereignty has a dual nature: the first source and owner is the monarch, the second is the people. The emperor is the head of state delegating his executive power to the Council of Ministers, the legislative power to the Parliament of Russia, and the judiciary to the Supreme Court. At the same time, he retains ample opportunities in all three areas of power.
The parliament of Russia is the supreme body to which the Emperor delegates a legislative function, and the people give him the necessary confidence. Parliament consists of two chambers: the upper - the State Council and the lower - the State Duma.

The State Council consists of 172 senators, half of which represent the provinces of Russia — two senators from each, half of them appointed by the Emperor. The State Council is responsible for appointing the most important state officials, reviewing laws passed by the lower house, drafting and adopting (together with the Duma) amendments to the Constitution. Provincial senators are elected in direct elections for a term of six years, and those appointed are in office until dismissal by the Emperor. The provinces in which the Russians are a relative minority are obliged by one of the senators to send an ethnic Russian elected by the Russian community of the respective province. The Council of State sits in the Catherine Palace, Moscow.

The State Duma consists of five hundred deputies elected for a term of four years in direct elections under a mixed system - half in majority voting constituencies, half in party lists. To enter the Duma, the party must overcome a five percent barrier. The State Duma is in charge of adopting a budget, laws, resolutions, and resolutions on behalf of the legislature. The State Duma is sitting in the Tavrichesky Palace, St. Petersburg.
Main parties of Russia: Russian Assembly(blue) - conservative, nationalist; Union of The Russian People(violet) - nationalist; Right-Liberal Union(yellow) - classical liberal; Social Russia(pink) - social-liberal, social-democrat; People’s Socialist Party of Russia(red) - socialism, left nationalism, All-Russian Federation of Communists and Greens(green) - ecopolitics, communism.
Russia is a nation-state of Russian People

Russia has three capitals: Moscow, where the Council of Ministers and the State Council are located, St. Petersburg, where the State Duma and the Supreme Court are located, as well as Kiev, which has a number of government departments and offices. The imperial court is located in the current place of the Sovereign’s long-term stay, which uses the residences of all three cities.

Although it is not enshrined in the Constitution, de facto, Russia is a symmetric federation, divided into 43 administrative units, of which 2 Metropolitan Districts, 5 territorial autonomies, and 36 provinces.
The protectorate state is a state-dependent in its internal and external affairs, existing in personal union with Russia. There are four such protectorates: the United Duchy of the Baltic, the State of Turkestan, the Principality of Abkhazia, and the Principality of Ossetia. The most important goal of the existence of such political units is to protect the interests of the Russian population of designated states, as well as the geopolitical interests of the Russian state.
Russia is the founder and lieder of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
