Nice one! Bretonnia at first glance.
I once stumbled across someone's thoughts on Bretonnia: He wrote that it was obvious that Bretonnia was first introduced to sell already existing historical Citadel miniatures for the nascent Warhammer Fantasy collectors. This point went home after all those editions.
Games Workshop did introduce some more fantasy elements to Bretonnia, but taken as a whole there seems to be something missing to make it pop like the rest of Warhammer, including when comparing to the Empire. Demigryphs for the latter was a step in the right direction: Basically, if Stone Hound riders would be introduced as a concept for exotic Cathay, what would be the equivalent for a well-trod Western faction, which also deserves to be exotic and weird in its own way? It's often about approaching even the most familiar themes like a stranger and spot the odd bits.
Out of curiosity, is there anything you would add to Bretonnia? Any concept thoughts to share, or maybe even doodle? You've got the right mindset for building upon Warhammer.

I actually have thought of expanding their "roster". Working on the individual Duchies and giving them their own flavour. Specifically Artois, because its territory is a dense forest and that captured my imagination with encroaching Beastmen and Wood Elves.That a mounted force fighting in these woods would be comically ineffective. So they would have knights who fight on foot and would be armed with battle-axes (to go with a woodsman theme). Maybe their levies are better at archery, or carry javelins as well because they have to hunt to survive instead of farm. And maybe their Damsels focus on Jade and Amber magic. (just an example) I feel like the individual Duchies could have been expanded on, and for the Empire as well. Not just saying "These guys have really good gunners" but maybe they bring their own type of gun that no-one else uses. They did it with Middenheim anyway.
I also had an idea for a Pegasus chariot for Parravon (like in mtg's Theros). and that the King should be married, what does his wife do? Why can't she fight?
Anyway just some of the things I've mulled in my head.
