This Tribute occurs only at night, under a full moon, when Nokt is certain to be watching.
It is a test of control, grace, and aerial skill. Riders and their Stryx take turns performing complex ground or aerial acrobatics, leaping, jumping, and/or flying.
And are judged by their Elders based on who performs with the least mistakes and the most beauty and creativity.

Someone is regretting very hard not using a riding tack, while holding fiercely to that leg.
The bird meanwhile, is inspired, and will not stop her flight until her dance is totally finished
