Description

"Cuphead Packs a Wallop!"

So here, I'm going to explain all of Cuphead's different Shots. Something I forgot to mention is that Cuphead is able to fire while jumping or running. He can only shoot horizontally or diagonally up while running, but can fire in any direction while jumping. He can also shoot forward while crouching. Without further adieu...

Peashooter The Peashooter is a basic blue projectile that fires slightly slower than Fox's Blaster. It will do 1% per hit and will not disappear until it reaches a blast zone.
EX: Mega Blast The EX version of Peashooter, Mega Blast is a large, slow-moving projectile that will movee forward indefinitely until it has hit an opponent(s) three times. Each hit does about 8% damage.

Spread The Spread is a red short-range projectile attacks that will fire projectiles in three directions at once; forward, diagonal up, and diagonal down. They are best used up close to do maximum damage. Each individual shot does about 0.7% damage.
EX: Eight Way The EX version of Spread, Eight Way fires off Cuphead-sized projectiles in eight directions. They will travel indefinitely and do about 18% damage.

Chaser The Chaser is a green homing projectile with indefinite range. They travel at half the speed of the Peashooter but will lock onto the closest opponent. It does about 0.5% damage per hit.
EX: Chaos Orbit The EX version of Chaser, Chaos Orbit is different from other EX moves in the fact that it acts as a shield rather than a standard projectile. Activating it will cause four Chaser projectiles to orbit Cuphead. They act as a shield that when touched, does 0.7% damage per projectile. After about twenty seconds, they will disappear. If Cuphead uses Chaos Orbit while it's already active, a fresh shield will replace the old one. The old shield will then act as normal Chaser projectiles and lock onto the opponent, but they will still do the 0.7% damage.

Lobber The Lobber is a grey/purple projectile that will arc into the air in whichever direction indicated. It will then bounce forward, and burst on the third bounce. It moves fairly quickly, faster than the Chaser, but slower than the Peashooter. It does 5% damage, but does 10% damage if an opponent is hit by the third bounce burst.
EX: Kablooey The EX version of Lobber, Kablooey is affected in gravity just like it's normal counterpart, but will explode (explosion is about the size of Cuphead) on the first bounce for 20% damage to anyone with in its AOE.

Charge The Charge is an orange projectile that does 7% damage, but this projectile will only be fired once when the button is pressed. If the button is held, it will charge up to a much stronger and larger blast that does 15% damage. It is about the same speed as the Chaser.
EX: Radial Barrage The EX version of Charge, Radial Barrage is a large explosion directly in front of Cuphead, or whichever direction is indicated. This move has very limited range but does a whopping 30% damage to any opponent caught in the attack.

Roundabout The Roundabout is a light blue projectile that will travel forward in the direction indicated a short distance before boomeranging in the opposite direction. It will do 3% travelling forward but do 5% once it's boomeranged. It about the same speed as the Chaser.
EX: Jumbo Rebound The EX version of Roundabout, Jumbo Rebound is a larger light blue projectile that will boomerang up to two times, unless it hits an opponent or returns to Cuphead. If it hits an opponent, it will hit the opponent four times before disappearing, doing about 7% damage per hit.

Assist Trophy - Cagey Carnation Cagey Carnation will sprout out of the ground upon being summoned, looping through his iconic idle animation. He will attack by extending his face and arms, wiggling them around and doing 8% damage per hit to anyone in range. After doing this attack twice, he will cup his hands together and fire off three flying acorns in the direction the target was at the time. After performing that move, he will transform his head into a gatling gun, and fire seeds into the air. The seeds will float down from the sky and do different effects depending on their color. Blue Seeds will sprout and release Toothy Terrors, which act like homing projectiles that do 1.5% damage to anyone they touch. The Toothy Terrors can be destroyed with relative ease, however. Purple Seeds will spawn Baby Toothy Terrors that will chomp in place. They can't move but do 3% damage to anything that gets too close. They can't be destroyed and will remain until Cagey Carnation disappears. Pink Seeds summon Toothy Terror Floaters that will fly into the air and shoot slow moving projectiles at the opponent. These projectiles do about 4% damage. With enough damage taken, Floaters can be destroyed. The types of seeds that Cagey summons is completely random, but he will only fire up to 5 seeds. After about ten seconds after he's fired these seeds, Cagey Carnation and any Toothy Terror variants will disappear.

Classic Mode - Don't Deal with the Devil! Cuphead's Classic Mode will have him go face off with opponents who resemble various bosses from the Inkwell Isles! Round 1 has Cuphead face off against a blue Kirby, on Dream Land (Song: Ruse of an Ooze), who will grow larger after a certain amount of damage, representing Goopy Le Grande. Round 2, Ryu and Ken, who are 1.5x larger, on Suzaku Castle(Song: Clip Joint Calamity), representing Ribby and Croaks. Round 3 will have Cuphead face off against a red Zelda wearing a Super Leaf, on Fountain of Dreams (Song: Threatenin' Zeppelin), with items such as the Staff, X-Bombs, and Bullet Bills being the only ones to spawn, representing Hilda Berg. Round 4 will have a giant yellow Piranha Plant face off against Cuphead while on Mushroom Kingdom U (Omega) (Song: Floral Fury). Round 5 will have a giant Mii Brawler w/ King Dice costume face off against Cuphead while on Tomadachi Life (Battlefield) (Song: All Bets are Off!), random items will constantly drop, but there will be items that Cuphead is unable to pick up!

The final boss of Cuphead's Classic Mode is none other than the Devil himself. He will appear in a flat stage resembling his throne room (Song: One Hell of a Time). His entrance animation includes him peering up close to Cuphead, his eye bulging dramatically to reveal his pupils simulating a cup being smashed and cut to pieces with a hammer and axe. The battle will commence and the Devil will not leave his chair. His most basic attack begins with him morphing into a more goat-like version of himself. His arms stretch off-screen but stretch back in along the ground as he slams his hooves together. His hooves slamming together do a startling 35% of damage, while contact with his arms will do only 10% damage. Smaller devil-like creatures will occasionally walk across the screen and can do about 3% damage but are easily destroyed and avoided. He will then grow two extra sets of arms on his body, two extra pairs of eyes on his head, and eight spidery legs on his head as well. His head will detach and jump into the air, occasionally slamming down in an attempt to strike Cuphead, doing 15% damage if he hits. After three attempts he'll return to normal. His eyes will glow white and he'll mouth a chant that will summon four blue energy spheres that will bounce around the edges of the screen, doing 20% damage if they hit. His neck can stretch into the ceiling and come from either the left or right side, resembling a long furry dragon with small feet growing out of his neck, he will wiggle across the stage, before quickly retreating to base form again, contact with his neck/dragon body will do about 10% of damage.

When his HP hits 50%, his skeleton will hop out of his furry skin and drag Cuphead into a dark pit. The stage will now change to five floating rock platforms with the Devil's giant head in the background. These platforms will move up and down slowly throughout the battle. Flaming poker chips will occasionally fall from above and hit the platforms, if Cuphead is hit, he will take 7% damage. The Devil's first attack is a bomb that forms from his pupil and exits from his ear, contact with this bomb will do 15% damage and has high knockback. His next attack fuses his two eyes together and releases a glowing axe that will float in circles towards Cuphead for a short period before disappearing. When his HP hits 25%, he'll become visibly angry, as opposed to his usual cocky demeanor, causing the two outermost platforms to be destroyed. He will then drag in large purple devil figures in place of those platforms that will shoot skulls at Cuphead. They can be dealt with by attacking them, or if a flaming poker chip happens to fall on them. Small bat-like demons will also float in from above and will slowly close in on Cuphead if not dealt with. At 10% HP, the Devil will cry out in pain and his teeth will fall out, causing the second outermost platforms to disappear, leaving Cuphead with a single platform. Poker chips, about 1.5x the size of the others will fall towards this platform. Cuphead must dodge these poker chips while still doing damage. Eventually, the Devil's HP will be reduced to 0, and he will hold his head in agony. Instead of "Game!" the screen will say "A Knockout!" just like in Cuphead's original game.

Doubtfully Cuphead will have a Down Special that effects how his Standard Special works, more likely each projectile will be their own attack.

I respect your personal opinion, but I don’t think there’s been any special attacks that change up how other special attacks work for any fighters (with weapons anyway that is).
