Description

"Mugman Packs a Wallop!"

So here, I'm going to explain all of Mugman's different Shots. Something I forgot to mention is that Mugman is able to fire while jumping or running. He can only shoot horizontally or diagonally up while running, but can fire in any direction while jumping. He can also shoot forward while crouching. Without further adieu...

Peashooter The Peashooter is a basic blue projectile that fires slightly slower than Fox's Blaster. It will do 1% per hit and will not disappear until it reaches a blast zone.
EX: Mega Blast The EX version of Peashooter, Mega Blast is a large, slow-moving projectile that will movee forward indefinitely until it has hit an opponent(s) three times. Each hit does about 8% damage.

Spread The Spread is a red short-range projectile attacks that will fire projectiles in three directions at once; forward, diagonal up, and diagonal down. They are best used up close to do maximum damage. Each individual shot does about 0.7% damage.
EX: Eight Way The EX version of Spread, Eight Way fires off Mugman-sized projectiles in eight directions. They will travel indefinitely and do about 18% damage.

Chaser The Chaser is a green homing projectile with indefinite range. They travel at half the speed of the Peashooter but will lock onto the closest opponent. It does about 0.5% damage per hit.
EX: Chaos Orbit The EX version of Chaser, Chaos Orbit is different from other EX moves in the fact that it acts as a shield rather than a standard projectile. Activating it will cause four Chaser projectiles to orbit Mugman. They act as a shield that when touched, does 0.7% damage per projectile. After about twenty seconds, they will disappear. If Mugman uses Chaos Orbit while it's already active, a fresh shield will replace the old one. The old shield will then act as normal Chaser projectiles and lock onto the opponent, but they will still do the 0.7% damage.

Lobber The Lobber is a grey/purple projectile that will arc into the air in whichever direction indicated. It will then bounce forward, and burst on the third bounce. It moves fairly quickly, faster than the Chaser, but slower than the Peashooter. It does 5% damage, but does 10% damage if an opponent is hit by the third bounce burst.
EX: Kablooey The EX version of Lobber, Kablooey is affected in gravity just like it's normal counterpart, but will explode (explosion is about the size of Mugman) on the first bounce for 20% damage to anyone with in its AOE.

Charge The Charge is an orange projectile that does 7% damage, but this projectile will only be fired once when the button is pressed. If the button is held, it will charge up to a much stronger and larger blast that does 15% damage. It is about the same speed as the Chaser.
EX: Radial Barrage The EX version of Charge, Radial Barrage is a large explosion directly in front of Mugman, or whichever direction is indicated. This move has very limited range but does a whopping 30% damage to any opponent caught in the attack.

Roundabout The Roundabout is a light blue projectile that will travel forward in the direction indicated a short distance before boomeranging in the opposite direction. It will do 3% travelling forward but do 5% once it's boomeranged. It about the same speed as the Chaser.
EX: Jumbo Rebound The EX version of Roundabout, Jumbo Rebound is a larger light blue projectile that will boomerang up to two times, unless it hits an opponent or returns to Mugman. If it hits an opponent, it will hit the opponent four times before disappearing, doing about 7% damage per hit.

Assist Trophy - Cagey Carnation Cagey Carnation will sprout out of the ground upon being summoned, looping through his iconic idle animation. He will attack by extending his face and arms, wiggling them around and doing 8% damage per hit to anyone in range. After doing this attack twice, he will cup his hands together and fire off three flying acorns in the direction the target was at the time. After performing that move, he will transform his head into a gatling gun, and fire seeds into the air. The seeds will float down from the sky and do different effects depending on their color. Blue Seeds will sprout and release Toothy Terrors, which act like homing projectiles that do 1.5% damage to anyone they touch. The Toothy Terrors can be destroyed with relative ease, however. Purple Seeds will spawn Baby Toothy Terrors that will chomp in place. They can't move but do 3% damage to anything that gets too close. They can't be destroyed and will remain until Cagey Carnation disappears. Pink Seeds summon Toothy Terror Floaters that will fly into the air and shoot slow moving projectiles at the opponent. These projectiles do about 4% damage. With enough damage taken, Floaters can be destroyed. The types of seeds that Cagey summons is completely random, but he will only fire up to 5 seeds. After about ten seconds after he's fired these seeds, Cagey Carnation and any Toothy Terror variants will disappear.
