My favorite one here right now is Glowman.exe.

I really like VortexMan.EXE and GhoulMan.EXE a lot.
VortexMan.EXE I could see using a lot of abilities like the Fan Chip, to pull you forward for a quick point blank attack.
GhoulMan.EXE I could see using abilities similar to the Invis Chip to evade damage in-between attacks, and maybe having abilities like that Blue Flame that MagicMan.EXE uses, or making skeletal hands come out of the ground from enemy panels. Also I had a wicked cool Double Soul Form in mind from him.
