I like the colors and I think the overall design is very nice, but some small details bother me. I wouldn't use caps lock that much, especially for longer texts (like the mailing list one and latests forum posts). Not sure about those numbers in the navbar and elsewhere. The news section could use a little more spacing (between the text, the images and the horizontal lines).
