Very pretty bird, the yellow color of the background goes well with it's bright orange head and keeps the pallet warm. Also think you did a great job on the branch it's perched on, the little speckles of white and the way it's rendered really looks like wood. The other branches don't look as good, but do well in providing some balancing space above the Tanager's head.
