took this screenshot [link] and won first prize in my 5000 kiriban!Her request for the full-color drawing was to "my boyfriend Zeioth and my character Petisu together". And that RDM and BLU would probably work best.
She didn't want me to work on it too much, and would have been happy with either a portrait of their faces together, or chibies. Instead, I took the time to come up with this.
Other than drawing a full background, or filling it up entirely with a modified screenshot or something, I put a square behind them, filled it up with a deformed screenshot of a waterfall, to hopefully draw the attention more to their heads.
I chose to use cell-shading this time. I honestly don't remember when it was the last time I did that (March 2003 apparently)
And I posted this just in time (I hope - It's still sunday until I go t sleep! - If I see anything else that needs tweaking, I'll edit that soon).

You drew an exquisite Petisu! Her pose is very dynamic, and match so nicely with her rogue expression. And Zeioth looks like a real blue mage should look, casting just like in the game, really interesting duo! Enjoyed so much the coloring, with all those details in the armor and working with the hard perspective of Peti's body, really great. One of your best pieces! Thanks!

Must admit that this one of the artworks I enjoyed most in making, as I used what I had learned so far, and learned more doing so

Dunno. I also said I wouldn't draw line art with my tablet ever again, and yet my last few deviations were hand draw with tablet XDD
