This must be one of the crappiest manips I ever produced.I HATE IT I HATE IT HATE IT
I wanted to go with cool color palette, light blue, gray and green, but I already had such thing for project and had to choose something else. *headbang*
Anyway the evil stuff is finished now
Also the title is lame as ever. (It's actually the first time I didn't manage to stick it somewhere on the pic. I settled for big ugly watermark instead.)
Gah.
The real size of the thing is 4568 x 2842 px. I almost fried my RAM
Tywin slowed down terribly when PS allocated too much memory, but cutie honey works perfectly fine... till everything crashes.*goes off to slay something*

umm... I ought you would turn that pretty crappy piece of wip you showed me in sth better than that
maybe try with coulor layers, like don't paint everything orange but maybe try brighter, shiny colors.
for me it's too monotonic, the colors are too choked.

Bright and shiny colors won't work, it's late sunset. The light comes from behind the rocks so the vegetation etc inside the 'bowl' of the lake has to be dimmed.

yeah, I perfectly understand it but the thing is it doesn't have to be that real. You always could so early sunset with orange sky, green trees ect. and blue watter and white waterfalls.

dA won't let me edit the description now, but the problem is, this manip had to be as real as possible. The task was to simulate a real photo. Otherwise I would have greatly enhanced this pic.

I'm generally lazy, spending too much time on details (here I painted lots of grass... yeah, it can be seen only on 50% zoom - btw the one here is... 18%?... and the water is made of 20 layers and took 4 hours *headdesk*).
