Just another cover I did a few months back for Dark Reign:Young Avengers #4 for Marvel comics featuring the Enchantress and Wiccan. Pencils and inks by me with colors by Espen Grundetjern.On a side note, I've had a rash of my works moved over into fanart for some reason even though most of my gallery is work done officially for the company that owns the characters. I can only assume that there are people that are not reading the description and reporting my work as being put in the wrong catagory. Everyone, please read the artist comments before taking it upon yourself to be the DA police. Thanks!

that blue is really poppin! its so electric (no pun intended) how did you do that?

I'll explain its very simple the outer is blue or which ever color you choose, then you gradually increase the color's brightness till it gets to white on the center out. Don't get it wrong in most cases some people just add the blue and white in the middle but it doesn't work that way. The right way or one of the right ways is to use opacity. It will gradually increase the opacity(lessening the (transparency) of the color till its full then increase the brightness of that color from the center out. Another more simpler way is to just use pressure levels or the flow(for tablets and maybe usb mice) . I don't know how to explain it, its very complex yet very simple
PS-the bigger the highlight(the light/white part) the brighter it appears.
