Overall, all I can say is wow. I cannot even think of where to begin on this. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this piece and in that all I can do is point out the fine detail of the facial features, the hair and the smaller details of accessories.
The eyes look extremely soulful as if recalling a sadder time and I'm drawn to them because of that. The face itself is triangular and very expressive.
When it comes to the hair, it's so finely drawn I feel like I can almost count individual strands. While it's white like the feathering of the outfit, I can still make out a difference in the two so I know where each begins and the other ends. the accessories also are very detailed to the point that I can make them out and appreciate how well drawn they are.
Your blending technique is very well done.
I gave 5's all across the board because all of them hit the mark and I'd say go beyond even that.

This is absolutely amazing. I look at this and automatically want to be this individual. Beautiful and flawless and perfect. Your technique is completely astounding.
I love how the face is realistic but at the same time your own. Everything is proportioned correctly and none of it is awkward.
I especially love how you id the hair. It's fine and lush and gorgeous. I also appreciate how you incorporated the tattoo on the face and neck and chest. It gives a sense of mysterious aura, or perhaps a troubled past, in a way.
Overall, amazing job! It's so beautiful. I hope to see more of this. ^^

I dont think your critique was fair to be honest.
First of all you cant exaggerate when you are rating something.
The Hair DOES not look real, it def looks like its drawn, and the originality of this is not a 5 stars, because the fact is many people draw portraits, and draw similiar art.
Anime, Manga, or characters for that matter.
Its a 4 Stars: for execution, technique, impact and vision.
It lacks originality, originality only prevails when you are seeing something out of the ordinary, whether its conceptualised or not.
However, i loved the portrait, and its neatly executed, i dont find anything else faulty in it.
