Description Started and finished this in a day or two. I've wanted to create something like this for a very long time now, mostly to practice the things I get wrong quite often like legs, as well as finally figuring out what connects with what and how.
All of those circle and lines tutorials for drawing canines never worked for me personally, or for anything for that matter. I know that geometric shapes are a very often used drawing tool to get the simplified anatomy and initial sketch down, but I seem to have more trouble visualizing those than I do a more simplified version of how the main muscles connect to the full skeleton and such.
Hope my visual memory picks up something from this, haha.

This isn't a tutorial by the way.

It's kind of split down the middle due to this being an A3 paper and I had to scan it from both sides and piece it back together afterwards in paint.

Wouldn't the anatomy be pretty much the same for all of them save for a difference in size and skeletal morphology?

Well close I guess. To be frank I haven't looked much at what's underneath aside from sometimes seeing skinned fox photos.
