This is another dragon, yes Im as shocked as you are! ...also is 'Bejewelled' a real word or have i made it up?

Painted using indian ink for the background, leaving the white as negative space on the paper which i then shaded using a brown pencil crayon, the colour on its eyes and other features is gouache.
I want to say thankyou to too because the jewelled dress on her image moth queen (i think its called?) inspired me to try drawing big shiny jewels!

Not a very good scan sadly, my scanner hates me today!

Wooooooooow I admire you for your ability to draw dragons...The white on the black really makes it look cool. Also, great job on blending all the media together!

and, lol, yes...Bejeweled is a word since it's in the dictionary.

i really like it, though i dont get whats so bad about drawing dragons. yeah, the limited colours are cool, and i like the way he/she looks. thanks for faving some of my stuff by the way

no probs! dragons make damsels distressed, in fairy tales anyway, therefore they must be nasty and they make me distressed so bah i dunno im talking crap...but im sure youre used to that!

Yes, I came back for more . He looks almost like he's made of white leather stuff with splitpeas... Maybe that's just me, though. I dunno. Not often you see leathery dragons. Makes a nice change. Hasn't changed since I last looked, thankfully. Still awesome! I love the bottom of the wing, too. Looks like it's disappearing into black smokey darknesses. "A plural of darkness?!" I hear you scream. Yes, and I'd do it again I tell you!

hehehe i see what you mean there, kindof like something youd make in primary school "split pea puppet dragon!" only more sophisticated clearly since everything i made in primary school involved lots and lots of glue and maybe some dried pasta, art yes, crafts nooooo!

Oh. My. Gaawwd! This is beautiful! I can't beli... actually, no, I can believe you created something this incredible. The colour, the texture, the shape, the jewels (bejewelled is 100% most definitely a word, BTW. Shame. Would have been cool to have made up a word that cool...), everything just looks so gorgeous! Um... do you sell the originals of pictures like this one? Cos if so, me me me! Seriously. I think this is my favourite thing of yours that I've seen yet. Insert a couple more thousand words along the lines of splendiferous and magnificent and you're getting there. Yes, really. for sure. That's the first time I've used that emoticon and meant it! !
