one of my favorite effects in photography is long exposing moving water. You've done it very well here - as the first commenter said, it's composed almost like a dice

I'm new to this kind of photography editing stuff. Nice picture...itz greyscale one of the reasons. Well, anyway...I'm wondering, did you use any program to edit/cause some effects to the water? Doesn't seem natural to me...

it is all natural, the water effect is achieved by a slower shutterspeed

Tripods are such usefull things, and with out them we wouldn't have such marvilous shots such as this one.
The long exposure time has given the sense of movement to the water and a rooted sense of stillness in the wooden posts. As if to denote the world and time passing them buy, while they sit and watch.

Lovely, whispery, feathery textures. They contrast nicely with the solid wood

Absolutely stunning hues. It gives you a sense of flowing, and wanting to flow along with the gentle lines... the perspective is awesome too.
The only thing I didnt like was the break in continuity of the flow (close to the first 'block' from the right.)
As far as the rest goes, it's just a wonderful wonderful shot.
