My second comission for :iconltclnlbrain:, this is Variel, character from a fellow player.

Here is the info I got:

"Variel is a Pathfinder elf magus. He has long black hair that he wears in a topknot and black eyes. He has a badass scar on his face. He is tall and slender, wears golden mithral chainmail and wields a black-bladed rapier.

He was a character in our Wrath of the Righteous campaign. He eventually became mythic and helped slay three demon lords. He keeps demonic trohies on his belt: claws, teeth, etc. In the end, he became the herald of Nocticula, the demon lord of lust, shadows, and assassins, and helped elevate her to a Chaotic Neutral demigoddess. It would be cool if you could show his shadow in the shape of a succubus, showing his devotion to the goddess."

That was plenty of info to get me started, since I know the game rules, his class and the setting. Light chainmail because of the class, a rapier, and the strange alien look of golarion's elves, and the feel of the adventure path. In my opinion Wrath of the Rigthteous was a blast. Unfortunatly at that time I was already fed up with pathfinder's bloat. I like golarion and I love the adventure paths, but they focused on the rules so much that I just left the system and kept with the setting and adventures.

Anyway, I was asked if I could make his shadow like Nocticula, the demon goddess of shadow, assassins and succubus (see more here pathfinder.wikia.com/wiki/Noct… ), but I always had this question in my mind "what if the shadow demon from the animated series was a female?". I couldn't pass the chance to try that, something like a shadowy or even a Shadow Demon avatar.

Anyway, I hope ltclnlbrain's friend like it.
