Itβs hard to say. Although Whales are migratory mammals, they do re-appear in areas with annual regularity. So, with that in mind, if you were doing a fall whale watching tour out past the Strait of Georgia in Washington State past Mayne Islands in Boundary Passβ¦.itβs possible.
