There are two different versions of this image, both made about a year apart and using two different set to represent The Grind nightclub in Racoon City. This is the older one made with a Silent Hill series set if I recall correctly.

Linda has returned from cleaning herself up to find a thoughtful looking Rita sitting beside the bedridden Elza in the Lab Security Office. Elza is asleep, and Rita motions to Linda for them to move back from the bed so their talking together won't wake her. We pickup up the scene as Linda is speaking ....

"... Sounds like you two did some talking while I was gone."
     Rita paused, looking at Elza. Linda wondered at this, but said nothing. Rita remained silent for several seconds before she spoke again. "Yes, she did, Linda. Well, truth be told, she did most of the talking. Practically wore herself out doing it, and that's why she's sleeping now. All I did was listen and offer the occasional comment. I had already guessed a lot of it, and actually knew more around the edges than she thought I did, so she wound up not talking as much as she might have. That was a good thing. She pretty much talked herself to sleep, poor girl."
     Something about the way Rita spoke piqued Linda's curiosity. "May I ask what it was about?"
     Rita nodded. "She said you'd want to know and that I should tell you if you asked. She said it was what drove the old you crazy, and maybe the old you would stay away for good once you knew."
     "Knew what?"
     "How she got that all-expenses-paid, full college scholarship from Umbrella."
     Linda couldn't keep her surprise off of her face. After the shock had worn off, she spoke. "I wasn't even going to ask, given the way I ucked-fup throwing that rumor in her face about her having sex with old man Spencer to get it." She shook her head, then looked over at the bed where Elza lay, her one uncovered eye closed in slumber and her chest moving up and down, with only a faint echo of its normal conscious shudder, then back at Rita. "Am I still curious? Hell, yes. The thing about rumors that are as bad as the ones that had been spread about her is this: there's always a grain of truth to spark such outlandish claims. Something unusual happened for someone like her to get that scholarship, and she even admitted as much, but she never would say what it was. Said it was too personal a matter."
     "Well, it was,” Rita said, then smiled at Linda’s reaction. “Don’t worry, Linda. She said it was all right to tell you now, since you're not behaving so badly anymore and that scholarship is just so much paper now, given the Outbreak and all." Rita took a long look at Linda before speaking again. "Elza was given that scholarship for keeping her mouth shut about something involving the Spencers, something so bad and shocking to old man Spencer that he was grateful for her silence, and decided to reward her for it. Turns out he's still got a sense of honor, even if he doesn't have a conscience anymore."
     "What was it?"
     Rita now assumed the manner and tone of a police officer giving an action report. "Elza was date-raped by Spencer's son Jack."
     It grew very quiet in the Security Office after Rita dropped her bombshell. Linda found she couldn't speak. She couldn't even find the words to say. This was the last thing she had expected to hear. Grain of truth indeed, but in the exact opposite way! A horrible way too, and Linda didn't even have to think hard about that. She felt a shudder run through her body as she continued trying to find the right words to say.
     "Yeah, it shocked me too," Rita said softly, as if reading Linda’s mind, "even though I already knew part of the story, as it turned out, especially given the way she is and all. She's the kind of person who wouldn't normally allow herself to be maneuvered into something like that. However, young Jack Spencer had been doing this thing for quite a while, and was very good at it. He had a regular act going as the rich-boy-fish-out-of-water that he'd pull on the women he'd targeted, and almost all of them fell sorry for him and bought it: hook, line, and sinker. Including Elza."
     "So she wasn't the only one?" Linda finally managed to say.
     "No, but she was the last one," Rita said grimly, "because he didn't count on her friend Claire Redfield. You see, she and Jack had hooked up at a mixer that was being held for the newly graduated seniors from Raccoon High and the local university social set. You know? So they could all mingle and get to know each other before the new school year started at Raccoon University? Anyway, they held it at The Grind, the most popular nightclub downtown, and that also happened to be one of Jack Spencer's favorite stalking grounds ...."

Spencer's son Jack - He's in the center of the above image -- the guy with long red hair in the lavender jacket who's looking intently at Elza. This is in Exodus only. AFAIK per "official RE canon" Oswell Spencer never had a wife at any time and there is no official record "in canon" of him having any children. In Exodus, and this is a bit of a spoiler, I handwave this away by having Spencer later share that Jack's mother, who was Spencer's one and only wife, died after giving birth due to complications and Spencer never remarried. His remaining single had everything to do with his becoming more and more involved with certain aspects of his business, as per official Capcom canon. So how do I resolve Jack's presence in Exodus with "canon?" Stay tuned ....

her friend Claire Redfield - this is the start of an extended "flashback" kind of sequence if you will and yet another one of my many background by proxy events in Exodus, with this particular one featured fan fave RE franchise heroine Clare Redfield playing a very different kind of role. FYI I actually drafted in full and wrote out the better part of this extended "flashback" scene, intending to make it a separate standalone story, but I stopped before I finished the full version because I came to believe it was distracting me too much from Exodus proper. I never did finish it; however, I combined both the short story draft and those prose sections I finished and then pared the combined version back considerably to what I feld was the bare minimum for the version of events that Rita shares with Linda in this chapter of Exodus.
