Chakan from my series STRIFE:

Backstory:

As a child Chakan always looked up to his older brother, a Muay Thai boxer who fought with pride and who was loved by the entire village.

Chakan's brother soon gained the attention of gangsters who wanted to fix the local martial arts tournaments. When his brother refused to throw a fight it humiliated the gamblers and cost them large amounts of money. That night, as his brother was travelling back to the village the mobsters ambushed and killed him in cold blood.

From that point on Chakan dedicated his entire life to Muay Thai, vowing to become the ultimate fighter and rid the scene of fixed fights and fake combatants. He now dominates all the tournaments in Thailand, and seeking to avenge his brother by destroying the gangs who look to interfere and corrupt Muay Thai boxing.
