You can thank my inability to keep angst going for the last page fluff
Frisk, ready to face a familiar face from an unfamiliar setting, realizes it's not in their control to decide when or where, as they find themselves in the judgement hall so suddenly. Another familiar face shows up but much to their surprise, the one who Frisk considers family is the one who cause the deep dark fears of Frisk to come back to surface. As always, they run to their uncle Papyrus side... But it's not their timeline and he is not there anymore. After the confrontation with Sans, now it's time to decide what to do next and figure out what's going on with time and space...or...a tea-party...

It's reference to Sans' secret codeword in pacifist ending. If you are in a pacifist route and at judgement hall, if you quit after Sans' judgement and talk to him again three more times, each times he gives you secret codewords to see if you are indeed a time-traveler and rewards you by giving his room and his basement's (?) key :3
Smol Sans did not have the chance to experience pacifist ending but he has always saved some code words -no matter how stupid they were-. So ,Frisk tries to prove they are indeed a time-traveler and they have come from another timeline. The original was "I'm a doo-doo butt." but Frisk's memory is not good
In general, this is where they get to know each other a bit better, and Frisk's chance to break the ice between them :3c
