Ever since Sabrina got struck by a stray Hydro Pump that was accidentally fired by her opponent's water-type Pokemon, she's decided to rely on telekinesis to help her out with many tasks, including holding her Pokeballs for her.

This would be one instance where...well, read the wall of text below.
One of my Enkos Gym Leaders, Jack, runs a toy factory that doubles as the Gym...that's basically a full 180 from what you'd expect a toy factory to be. The dark, dingy complex houses a medium-sized army of life-size windup Banettes (which Jack built himself) that are very helpful in the factory, but also absurdly mischievous. Fortunately, whenever they do something so horrendous to Jack, they do it only once (and thank Arceus for that). However, if there's one area where they don't relent ever, it's when others besides them and Jack are in the factory.
This is one of those instances.
