2015.06.29, Old Town Square, Prague, Czech Republic.

I've spent a week in Prague this summer. Made tons of photos, lots of keepers but it's going to take a while till I finish selecting and postprocessing them...
As for this shot: the reflection on the top is quite a mystery to me. It keeps happening with the Lee Big Stopper applied, but only in the FX setup, with the D90-IR and the 10-24 DX lens this problem did not show up.

Nikon D610IR - 16-35 f/4 VR @ 17 mm - f/8 - 130 sec - iso 100 - B+W 093 - Lee Big Stopper - NEF - Capture NX-D 1.03 - PS/CS6

I love the motion in this shot. The infrared is a nice choice.

Well, the filters used should give you a pretty good idea: it's a monochromatic infrared shot from the ground up.
It's been shot on a 695nm infrared converted camera, with a 830nm infrared filter added in front of the lens to fully exclude the visible light spectrum (and to allow nice long exposures with the 10 stop ND filter).
After adding the Lee Big Stopper, heavy vignetting appeared, and the white balance turned a bit warmer. Here I decided to keep the slight warm tone for a sepia look. Also, I increased the contrast and corrected the heavy vignetting a bit (and added a +0,25EV right at the start).
