She has a scar on her cheek beacuse of her fight with Undyne, and one ribbon is missing beacuse of her fight with Mettaton.
Those webs can cut Undyne spears and stop Asgore's trident, and those knives are made with the webs and are a little stronger than the real knife.
And no, Killer Sans doesnt appear, but it was funny adding him like that xdd.
