It's just all the details (or sometimes the NON-details) and it looks like every line is just there where it has to be to make it awesome and full of life.
I mean, dude, you pull off "full of life" in GREYSCALE and semi-rough concept-style...
Lots of people I know can't even do it that good with a whole colour-spectrum and realistic style
As soon as my exames are over, I'm gonna study up on your drawings
... and try colouring that one drawing
