Description Over time Rabbits and hares will evolve to be much bigger and more agile, control body heat more efficiently, extra layers for fur, and strong, faster running legs... And a feature that developed before the start the evolution of all hoofed animals like horses, antelope and deer

The Arctic Jackalope is a hoofed Descendent of the Arctic snowshoe hare, after the arctic caribou, reindeer and elk species went to a decline in the far north do to the polar ice caps getting even cooler, the snowshoe hare stepped in to fill in that niche. They evolved longer legs, a long neck and a thicker fur coat with extra layers, The Hares even developed four-toed hoof-like feet to help them walk on the cold surface (fig. 1). Their primary food is lichen, grass, roots, and even arctic ferns, however they do tend to feed on fish to sustain their protain much like their ancestors, and just like their ancestors they even have winter and summer coats to help them adapt to the changing seasons, plus the summer coat is more thinner in layers (fig. 2).

Snowshore hares tend to mostly graze alone, but in 10,000,000 AD the Arctic Jackalope gather in small groups for protection, grazing, and breeding
