Description Back in his base, Wilford's men have beaten Claude savagely, as part of his plan to gather necessary information from her.

Wilford: That's enough.

They back up, and she regains her footing.

Wilford: Now what are you doing here, spy?
Claude: You should damn well know. I know who you are, Wilford Blitzen.
Wilford: Of course you would, Frenchie.
Claude: Then tell me what you plan with the mutations along with Zilla and his spawn?
Wilford: Humans have been the dominant species for thousands of years, and look what's happened. Overpopulation, pollution, war. Mankind has altered the natural course severely. The Kaiju are a correction, and I intend to help them see that through. Besides the Ghidorah cult had the right idea in letting Ghidorah wipe us out.
Claude: Even so the golden hydra would had destroyed the planet regardless on who were his followers. Are you trying to destroy the world yourself?
Wilford: Not the world. Just one unruly species.
Claude: The only one that thinks, the only one that creates, the only one that loves.
Wilford: Nature is cruel, it cannot think, can't create and can't love. Until one day, you'll look like this!

He shows his scarred right side to his face.

Wilford: Human nature only gets worse! And humanity's greed will kill the planet one of these days. Unless we take action, it's only a matter a time.
Claude: And you appointed yourself for the job?
Wilford: Exactly. There are some Kaiju that refused to bow down before Godzilla, once the Feathered Serpent awakes, we'll see who's the dominant species of the planet.
Claude: And when is that suppose to happen?
Wilford: According to the ancient calendars, soon. When the sun is eclipsed. And he will have his revenge for being forgotten for millennia. But for now, enjoy the show.

He makes a phone call to a Red Bamboo terrorist group on Letchi Island. The terrorist leader answers the phone.

Paloma: Hello Mr. Blitzen. You called in time. The neural clamp has been installed into Ebirah. We're waiting for your army.
Wilford: Hold on. *he turns to his assistant* Is it still the same number?
Moxxie: Yes, it still stands at 65%.
Wilford: Ok, carry on.

He hangs up.

Claude: 65%?
Wilford: For proper balance, we need a radical solution to reduce the human population rather... drastically.

----------

The Galapagos Islands, 80 miles east of Letchi Island.

Mavis: So makes me wonder what G-Team has in mind for sending HEAT Team here?
Jeremy: Never know, apart from a giant lobster sighting.
Shen: It's not that giant lobster that worries me. Satellites discovered the Red Bamboo.
Mix: Those thugs? I heard those guys have been a thorn in Mothra's side for taking her people.
Mavis: We're here. Now to track Titanus Ebirah. The scanners should pick him up if he comes within three miles of the tracker.

They wait for their target, but nothing appears yet. Mavis waits patently, but she gets a bit bored.

Jeremy: Waiting patently?
Mavis: Yeah, although it's kind of slow.
Mix: I'm picking up multiple signals.

A giant claw comes out of the waves as a storm comes in Ebirah erupts from the water, shrieking loudly.

Mavis: How did it evade detection?!

Jeremy notices something on Ebirah's head.

Jeremy: What the hell is that?

Hank looks through his binoculars to see the neural clamp.

Hank: That looks like some kind of neural clamp. But that's Bio-Major tech.
Mavis: Suppose they made one big enough to fit a Kaiju. What about the smaller signals?
Hank: Not sure... but...

They see a juvenile Zilla on board.

Mix: What the hell?!

The juvenile Zilla looks around, then sees them picking up their scent.

Mavis: Wait, that's not our Zilla. This is one of the other young ones.
Hank: The ones that disappeared?
Mavis: They have to be!

Mavis notices a neural clamp on its head.

Mavis: Bio-Major... that Wilford guy took them. Now it all makes sense.

They hear Ebirah shrill as he makes landfall.

Mavis: Call our Zilla, he'll handle the lobster, while we handle the little ones.

Mix finds Zilla's frequency and activates the ORCA. As Ebirah approaches, Zilla appears. He roars out. This catches the attention of the other juvenile Zillas.

Millie: This is working better than planned.
Paloma: But look at the size of him. If he fights them, they won't stand a chance.
Millie: Even so, he's more so focused on Ebirah. My bigger concern is a giant moth if he shows up.
Paloma: The Red Bamboo stopped using slaves after 1961. Mothra will not intervene unless the planet is truly threatened.
Millie: Even so, Mothra does not forget. And we been a thorn in its side ever since.

HEAT tries to lure the young Zillas away. Mix broadcasts the ORCA in order to keep them on their trail.

Mix: So how long we're suppose to keep this up?
Mavis: Just long enough to get them contained. I contacted G-Team, and they are on their way with special capture forces.

They pick up the pace as the young Zillas are getting more aggressive. One jumps onto the Jeep, trying to get at the humans.

Mavis: GET OFF MY RIDE!

She pushes onto the gas, while the young Zilla hangs on, but hits a sign, knocking it out

Mavis: Yeah!

Ebirah grabs Zilla by the neck with his massive scissor-like pincers. But Zilla fires his atomic breath on his face, forcing Ebirah to let go. The beam doesn't damage the mammoth crustacean, despite being able to push it back. Zilla is being a bit careful, as the crustacean lunges, but misses, Zilla tail whips Eibrah landing him in the water, making it look like it's retreating. Zilla looks around for his opponent, but is suddenly dragged down. Zilla fights Ebirah underwater, and he gives chase when Ebirah swims off.

----------

Back on land, the juvenile Zillas are drawn into areas designed to trap them. And the area shuts on them when the last one is in

Mavis: Mavis to G-Team. We caught the young Zillas.
Mei: Good to know. Hopefully we can-

The neutral implants short out on some of the Zilla spawn, some are dead, but others are unconscious.

Mei: What the hell just happened?! Five of their readings just flatlined!
Mavis: That must have been a fail safe should something happen. Luckily with the ones that survive, we can learn more on the neural implants.
Mei: What's the status on Larry the Lobster?

Hank picks up on Zilla's signal.

Hank: Zilla is in hot pursuit. Like it were a hunt. Also picking up an another signal, and its not in the water.
Mavis: What? Pinpoint its location.

Zilla and Ebirah surface, fighting, but then Ebirah is hit with a web shot. Zilla looks up to see Mothra arrive on the scene. The ancient insect starts bombarding Ebirah with laser beams. Ebirah shrieks in pain, Zilla bites off the big claw off, and this forces the implant to short out, but doesn't kill Ebirah, who is forced to retreat

Mavis: So that's Mothra. It's beautiful.

Zilla eyes Mothra curiously. Mothra nods, letting out a cry, but then the Red Bamboo comes in.

Mavis: I think it's time to go.

The gang departs with their prizes. Red Bamboo soldiers prepare to fire at Mothra, who unleashes God Rays, blinding any soldiers who look right at her.

Paloma: My eyes!!!

Zilla then takes the Red Bamboo by surprise, by ramming their ship. He violently tears the ship to pieces, killing many terrorists in the process. Paloma and Millie survive, but Paloma is now blind, and unable to see.

Paloma: Damn that bug....
Millie: At least your alive.
Paloma: How am I going to work now?! I can't see a damn thing anymore! DAMN YOU MOTHRA!

----------

Back at base, G-Team is examining the young Zilla's that survived. A machine hand removes a neural clamp off of one Zilla, causing it to spasm out of control until it goes limp, dying on the spot.

Nikko: This is going to be a bigger problem than I thought.
Mavis: How deep was that thing in the Zilla spawn?
Nikko: It must be deep into the brain. This device taps into the nervous system, overriding all instincts. This was surgically implanted by cutting a hole into a creature's skull, attaching a metal base plate to the skull over the hole, and joining the clamp's probes onto the center of the plate, right over the brain. That one specimen died due to brain damage, because we forcefully removed it.
Mix: I take it you'll have to got in and surgically remove it.
Nikko: That's too expensive and time-consuming. Our next best option is to find a way to reprogram the clamps to serve our needs.
Mavis: What should we do if the original adult pops up?
Jon: We still can't locate it, not even in Wilford's facilities.
Nikko: Not even a heartbeat?
Jon: It has either escaped or died. Survey teams are still searching.
Mei: Akina just notified me on the Red Bamboo, Mothra and Zilla destroyed the ship, but a few rats escaped. I sent a squadron to investigate them, and their connection with Ebirah. We think they may be working with Bio-Major. In the meanwhile, HEAT Team, I'll let you tackle anything else that comes out of the woodwork. One condition, however. Anything on the same danger level as Godzilla or higher is a G-Team military matter.
Mavis: Alright. We know better than to go for Godzilla, since the original Zilla had his tail kicked. Our Zilla is probably no match for him.

-----

In the darkest depths of the Pacific Ocean, a plesiosaur-like creature emerges and lunges at the camera.
