This is the first artwork in the "Train of Thoughts" project in the group

What would be a good first inspiration? Is the question that has been going through my mind for the past couple of days. I wanted to come up with a nice start for the Train of Thoughts project. Coming up with something has been a train of thought of itself. Many ideas crossed my mind that just weren't it. At first I wanted to express "the temptation of conformism" to suit the "unusual" theme of the group. But I could not come up with a way to do so, without using over-used imagery. (Apple of eden for temptation , one black sheep in a herd ..)

After this, and a lot of other (seemingly bad) ideas I came up with this piece. Unexpected, that is the keyword that had sparked the idea, to make a plant grow out of an egg would be unexpected! It would be a totally different kind of seed. A seed to different ideas perhaps?
