Description i promised to those of you that know to do a tutorial on the use of acrylic paint flow improver. on this picture i used parts with water and parts with flow improver to test how it works and incorporate the tips i got from those acrylic artists that used it before. to use it put about 10% paint thinner to the amount of paint you use. some people mix paint to the paint thinner others add paint thinner to the paint. i found the easiest was to put a small amount in the middle well of the paint pallet and add that to the paint. i also found it dried quickly i have been told this depends on the flow improver you use. when i applied it to paper i found it spread evenly unlike water you can see the difference in the sky which was done using water and the foreground which was done with paint thinner. i have also been told that using paint thinner as opposed to water makes the paint last longer as it contains the adhesive properties of the paint. so the colours dont fade the same. as it was put by one of the members the difference between using water and flow improver is like the difference of spreading cold butter or warm butter. so i would suggest like with most things give it a go and see how it suits you. thank you to all of our acrylic users that helped with the information and tipsΒ

Wow! I love it.Β
It looks very much like watercolours, but that is probably due to the paintthinner. The rock looking like a dragon is fabulous. I really like how you combined all the elements!

It's creative and the effects on the dragons look good.

If you need suggestions:

- Maybe a bit more contrasts (lighter and darker areas where lighting would merit it)

- The water dragon is hard to spot (took me a while). Maybe give it a different style or colour the water, or you might need to make it more plastic.

- I think the air dragon has kinda the same problem. You could give it more contrast maybe using dark clouds.

This is cool, I see Β mythical monsters forming the environment.

Quite cool!

also should we make the background darker and use the volcano/ fire dragon as the lighting and maybe add lightning for extra lighting ?
