Now, this version would have been INFINITELY better in TF4. (That, combined with more Grimlock may have made up for the movie's incoherency)

I love this design. One of the main problems I had with Grimlock's design (though he is one of my favorites) was that he just looked too blocky. While yes, he is a machine, if someone's whole image and status is "The King" of the Dinobots, they might do better without such a cartoony look.

I design the head with movie Optimus prime vibe. The transformers 4 will come out, and I heard Grimlock will be in it.. I hope Bay will justify his design.
