Today marks 10 Years of The LEGO Movie!

Taking place in the LEGO Universe, the movie follows an ordinary Lego mini figure named Emmet Brickowski who lives in Bricksburg and always followed his instruction book to get through the day and do his job as a construction worker. One day, he would not use his instructions after finding the piece of resistance and teaming up with other mini figures who became master builders to foil the evil plans of President Lord Business. Emmet would ultimately become a master builder himself and teach President Business that Legos can be made into anything, no matter if it's wrong or not. Not everything has to be build the way the instructions say, even going beyond instructions can make things better.

5 years later, Emmet and his friends would face a new threat after LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space start to wreck everything in their path. The battle to defeat the enemy and restore harmony to the LEGO universe takes Emmet, Lucy, Batman and the rest of their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds that test their courage and creativity. The second movie would also introduce Rex Dangervest who is later revealed to be Emmet from another timeline and with true intention to bring "Armamageddon" upon all of his kind, as revenge for being abandoned and forgotten, in a way of ceasing his pain.

I enjoyed every inch of the LEGO Movie and everything about it was AWESOME!
