Electricity, like from a lightning storm. I actually thought of an attack for her where she flies into storm clouds and dives into her enemy while coated in lightning.

Oo, I like that. Raf-Man. Wonder if he's as versatile as his brother and sister, or more specialized.

After some thinking, I thought he'd be more into repairing and building things than fighting, since he's relatively young and prefers learning over violence. Though of course he does know how to fight and can copy the enemy's moves by scanning them.

To be fair, that was Rock's plan before Wily went all megalomaniac on everybody. Of course now I have to wonder what the ramifications of something like the copy chip would have for the Transformers. Even with the limitations the original Megaman's had, I'm betting there'd be more than a few Cons interested in harnassing that kind of power.
And it'd be kinda funny if Raf managed to grab hold of the polarity gauntlet for a few minutes.

Glasses yes, but maybe as a visor? It might even be funny to have them be non-functional, something he wears because he likes them. Or maybe they're part of his attempt to be human.
I was thinking in regards to the copy chip, maybe you could play the time limit as a result of the difference between Cybertronian Tech and Earth Tech? Like the strain of mimicking such advanced tech can fry his circuits if he keeps it up too long.

Oh, so he doesn't know he's a robot? That jives with a fan theory that was floating around after he survived Bumble-Tron tossing into a wall.
Glad you like it. I tend to think something as advanced as the copy chip would have a few limitations. Heaven knows Megaman wasn't tromping around with 70+ weapons and he didn't feel the need to copy the powers of those castle bosses Wily had. (Be a giant fire breathing robo-dragon? Yes please.)
I actually had an idea for a cyber-Raf a while ago. It's a fun plot I'm surprised isn't used all that often.

I think it has a little to do with the soft presence he had in the show. Sadly, in their attempt to keep the focus on the bots and make the human characters unintrusive, they kinda left little for him to get to do.

Yeah. The kids weren't the main subject that much as the show went on, and it actually left some questions. My slyly about who they are or wee before the Autobots. And I'm still wondering who they became after they left for Cybertron! I really want then to come back in the new series!

I think Hasbro might have over corrected what with he backlash Sam Witwicky got from the movies. Of course since the kids didn't have transforming toys Hasbro could hawk, maybe that was a factor too. Which is a shame because human allies would have been essential for the type of shadow war Transformers Prime was showcasing.
I too would like to see them reappear in nuRiD, particularly with Bee as the headliner for the show it would have been interesting to see him reconnect with Raf.

Yeah, that might've been the case.
I would love to see how much the kids have grown, especially Raf. I think there may be a way to determine how much time has passed using a timeline, but I'm not entirely sure.
