Hello Branwen!
I just happened to chance upon this and decided to give a critique because I see massive potential in this work. Before I begin, do take note that I come from a Traditional Arts background, as opposed to Digital Art, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.
First off, I really love the dark, sexy vibe that this artwork gives off! It resembles an anime movie poster that you would see featured outside cinemas. Good choice and positioning of clothes, really brings out the appeal of the figure. Body proportion and facial proportion are on point as well, in terms of stylistic approach. Nice colour scheme, black and grey recedes into the background while the warm colour, red, stands out. The white wash in the background gives the impression of being in a memory or vacuum. Well done!
Now onto the things that can be improved. First off is the line sensitivity. Lines are generally clean, but require some touching up, most prominently at the shoulder and right leg. They seem to be kind of wobbly (I've had that problem before when trying the Wacom Tablet, perhaps it's because the drawing tablet you use feels different from traditional pencil and paper?). Certain lines can have more emphasis (i.e thicker, darker lines to indicate firmer parts of the body and thinner, lighter lines for more sensual parts). The parts of the body where the joints meet (i.e shoulder blades, knee joints) can be more pronounced using this method, giving it an even more realistic vibe. (I understand that this is anime style, but most Animes such as Fate/Stay Night etc. have pronounced features to a certain extent).
The other thing that comes to mind is the shading. I can see good attempts at shading and determining the position of the light sources - lighter shades on the face to indicate the exposure to light, darker shades under the skirt to indicate the absence of light.You can also bring more depth into the artwork by increasing the amount of gradients in the colour used (i.e currently your white to black consists of 1-3 different shades of grey, you can increase it a few notches to 1-5 different shades of grey). This will give your artwork and illusion of depth/3D quality to it.
Last but not least, is the use of the black. This is just me sharing some general knowledge, it is not really relevant in this artwork since the theme of this work is black and anime/manga in general uses black. In general, artists tend to avoid using pure black. It does well when mixing with white to achieve gradients, but when mixed with any colour like Red, Blue, Yellow (RBY), you will end up with a murky, flat colour, as black itself is not a colour and does not mix well with colours. To achieve a richness with a colour that is extremely close to black, mix any variation of blue and brown together. The resulting 'black' colour will look much richer and blends much better as well. I understand that with digital painting you can immediately click the colour you desire, this is just some information on Art Theory that might come in handy in the colour schemes of your other works.

Nope. It's "Hello? Is anyone there?" mainly because this is what I would think someone who wakes up in a completely unfamiliar place with no one in sight would say first. Considering that my headcanon has her as a robot, I would think it would also be sent out digitally. It's encoded into UTF-8 and then run through a Zalgo text generator. RWBY has so much lore that its hard to keep track of it all. A prequel series with young Raven would be pretty cool and they could then also reduce the number of characters they have this way to avoid a volume 5. Anyway yea Female Qrow looks awesome. I love the coat along with the skirt. The cigar is a nice touch but did Qrow ever smoke? Anyway, the outfit is super cute. She Looks a lot more like Cinder that is cosplaying Qrow to be honest.
