Of Earth-chan or the art?
If it's the art, global warming is caused by the orbit and rotation of the Earth around the sun. The closer the Earth is to the Sun, the hotter it gets overall. The more tilted the Earth is towards the sun, the area of the Earth that is facing the sun gets hotter. So since Sun-chan is close to Earth-chan, global warming and Earth-chan is in heat.
