Holding her is like holding a small child in need of love and comfort whenever they feel scared and alone.

Dawn is lucky to have You. I also can`t see her as an evil person just because she enjoys it. There is something that must have drove her to the dark side of life. Something in her life went horribly wrong. Maybe she suffered for years, decades, experiencing pain that changed her forever and left unhealable scars. Her place is not in prison. But that`s just my personal opinion.

Thank you, despite being a villain, I wanted to show how much I feel her pain and sorrow deep down that nobody else seems to want to see, but to only focus on her bad side. The least I could do was make a cartoon version of me.

That is so true. Too bad others just want to hold a grudge and focus on the bad side of every single villain instead of being more understanding that not all of them start off villainous when they're born.

She really needs help, someone to help her see that she doesn't have to be afraid of predators all her life, but was always too ashamed of her own fears to admit it, scared that it makes her nothing but weak and pathetic, as she was often labeled as. Not to mention she was very small for a sheep and that was part of what made her an easy target.

I plan on writing a story on Bellwether myself later, but still need to think of the beginning and ending. I have the same plush Bellwether I got from the Disney store, that sleeps with me every night in my room with the other Zootopia plushes. I don't give a damn what others say, the ones that have already given up on her and just continue to demonize her as a soulless monster with no redeeming qualities according to their ridiculous theories that make no sense. It would make no sense for her to be born a bad seed, otherwise she'd already appear as either an unlikeable character who is rude and horrid to everyone, or a criminal who is already in jail for a vast number of crimes. Not all of her niceness was all nothing but an act, but shows that perhaps she is someone trying too hard to be something she's not and part of her knows if, but she's been too busy lying to herself about the whole situation bringing her happiness, when in truth she was running away from herself the whole time, unable confront or overcome her anger, fear, stress, and confusion the right way...too highly ashamed of admitting to herself or anyone else that she is still the same scared little lamb who spent her whole life in fear of predators...scared that it makes her nothing more than weak and pathetic, which is why she attempted to bottle up her emotions, only for them to burst out of control. We never truly know if Dawn ever had any friends in her life, only to lose them to different circumstances and nobody ever taught her how to move on from friendships that either didn't work out or when one of them moves away without a choice and loses contact with them. There is no doubt Bellwether already feels sad and lonely, and scared that her actions have forever cost her the love, respect, appreciation, and friendship with everyone that possibly thinks of her as nothing but a monster who deserves to rot and die alone with nobody to say "I love you" or even a visit from old friends or family members. If I were a mammal, I'd probably be a deer in the Zootopia world.

Yeah, maybe my animal anthro self would be a deer like animal with a good heart, like Bambi's mom. I sure haven't given up on Bellwether like some people already have, the ones that just want to see another heartless power hungry monster in there instead of realizing monsters are made, not born. That goes for the other villains on my sympathy list. Sure all of them made bad choices later in life, but that doesn't mean you still can't feel sorrow or sympathy for them and realizing how they were driven on that path in the first place. If she was beyond help and saving, the creators would not have spared her life in the end. I hear others mention how Bellwether is pretty small for a sheep, which could mean she was possibly born premature or the runt of the litter, unless she was the only child. I so would love it if there was a caricature of myself in the story, in the form of a deer. Maybe she would have the same background as me, being born with a disability that was hard to live with and control which lead to others bullying me for it, and despite what Bellwether did, I found myself relating to her as there were times I felt dark inside and wanted to hurt those who wronged me. Either she works in the prison facility as another staff member, or she's a close friend of Brushtail who comes to see how he is doing every now and then. She needs love, support, and compassion, not further hate or aggression.

No one is predisposed of being evil. It's either taught to be evil, or lacked the learned thinking and behavior of right and wrong.

Even a lot of villains and monsters can come from loving families and still turn evil by their own choice, as I read in many articles. But depending on how they're either raised or what their situation in later life is, they don't start out evil to begin with.

Some may learn to overcome it as they grow older, while some like Bellwether here that might have had it far worse with no comfort, support, or anyone to teach them how to move on from friendships or broken dreams, they end up making choices they later regret.
