Marina and Silver hold each other tight and make out as they know that tonight is going to be one to remember.This will be the last page for Part 1. Part 2 will be coming around soon. I just need to put this on a short hold as I have a few other projects to finish such as new chapters for the written story of FotH and backgrounds for part 2. So I must ask for your patience.
Kind of a dull ending for Part 1. but it's kind of a last few panels of them getting into the mood before really starting up that fire inside.

I don't think the end is dull at all, but why make 2 parts? If the plot is only abot them having sex, it seems a bit elaborate. But perhaps you're going to make a longer story than just that? if not. I'd stick with one part.
I think you could make the atmosphere much more romantic if you gave the candles a warmer ligt, and added a bit more dark/light contrast. The coulours in your pictures (save for Marina's dress) are generally cold and I think candles would give a much more warm and cozy light, like this:

It's hard to draw candle light well, but if you want to improve this is a good place to start. Colours effect the overall mood greatly

I've split it into three part because it's long. Think of this one as the prologue, part 2 as the main event, and part 3 will be the epilogue. . . of sorts or something like that.
Ah, you've noticed that too about the lighting. Yeah, I should've looked at a few things of candlelight. Maybe I'll have that in part 2 to really get it into the mood.

I understand if you don't feel like redoing the whole comic, but the colours and background give a cold/somewhat dull mood which doesn't match romantic love confessions and heated makeout sessions. It's not just about looking at candles and trying to draw the light realistically, it's more about thinking what sort of story you want to tell. And you're trying to tell a romantic/emotional story.
Think of the scene where Rapunzel heals Flynns hand in tangled, for example (you're fan of disney, so I presume you've seen it):
She's healing his hand, they share a conversation that is a bit more emotional than usual. Their surroudings? a warm cozy bonfire.
a moment later when Mother Gothel reveals that she's been spying on them and starts to manipulate Rapunzel again, the cozy light is far away and they're surrounded by mist.
Later when they have their love song "I see the Light", they're in boat with beautiful lanterns floating over their heads.
I assure you none of this is coincidal. Light/colous/surroundings a very important to what's happening in the story. If you worked on this, you could really up comic

You should keep working on this in you future Pictures. Slightly exaggareted light/darkness contrast can also be used to liven up a picture if you have a tendecy to use colours that are a bit dull
