Rocket visits Pikachu's house. There, he showed him and Rainbow Sparkle his vehicle friends. Pikachu loves vehicles. He shows Rainbow Sparkle of a semi-truck named Mack who has 10 big wheels and can carry big loads of cargo in his trailer, even one car named Lighting McQueen. Next, he shows her Bulldozer and says that nothing gets in his way, even when it comes to something red. Now, he shows her Skya the Craneosaur who lift heavy things with her tounge. Then, he shows a picture of Fireman Sam with Jupiter who has a long ladder, a hose and siren. Then he shows her Tow Mater the Tow Truck who has a big hook and great at pulling vehicles out of danger or for just getting them out of the way. Pikachu shows Rainbow Sparkle another truck that likes to give people shaved ice, better known as an Kona Ice Truck. Suddenly, Pikachu's vehicle phone goes off, meaning there was a vehicle in trouble. Pikachu tries to get the screen into focus but it got blurry. But the screen manages to bring itself into focus. It turns out that Kona Ice Truck was in trouble. Pikachu gets out the vehicle phone and asked what was wrong. Kona Ice Truck was on his way to the bowling alley to give out free shaved ice for the Special Olympics bowling athletes for their competition, but a car going the wrong way was at his path and the Kona Ice Truck swerves it to avoid a collision, but he drives out of control and slides into a ditch. Pikachu told him not to worry. After that, Pikachu has to alert all the other vehicles that Kona Ice Truck is in trouble. He tells 5 of the vehicles that Ice Cream Truck is in trouble and needs to be saved. All the vehicles heard about this and were on their way. Rocket and Pikachu had to get going too. Pikachu puts on his shirt and belt and he and Rocket exit Pikachu's house. They had to figure out where Kona Ice Truck is. They ask IPhone for help. He saw that Kona Ice Truck is stuck in the ditch near the Bowling Alley where the Special Olympics athletes are competing. He tells them to go over puzzle bridge across Snapping Turtle Lake to get to the Bowling Alley where the Kona Ice Truck is stuck in the ditch. He even says they can catch alicorns along the way. They can also get assistance from their vehicle friends along the way too. They got going and then they stopped and stared at the long mud puddle. They can't go through the mud themselves. Pikachu gets the vehicle phone out and has to find a vehicle that has a lot of wheels that drive them through the mud. Pikachu thought Mack is the vehicle for this task. He calls him and was on his way. They jumped into the cabin of Mack and put their seatbelts on. They were about to get going when Big Jet was nearby. He starts swiping the 10 big wheels and hides them, then runs away with a sinister laugh. Mack falls down hard on the road. They are determined to find Mack's 10 big wheels. Rainbow Sparkle finds the big wheels in no time. Then, the wheels get put back into place. Mack was all fixed up. Kona Ice Truck was still in trouble. Pikachu calls out over the vehicle phone that they are on their way. Mack gets them through the mud and takes them straight to puzzle bridge. Pikachu thanked Mack for the ride and he wishes them good luck on saving Kona Ice Truck. Puzzle Bridge isn't in good shape. Four of the pieces aren't in place and were very heavy. Pikachu calls on Skya because she had a long tongue-like arm that can pick up heavy stuff. Skya comes along. Pikachu asked her to lift up the heavy metal pieces. She was great at lifting, but doesn't have an attachment to grip the pieces. She is going to need something that can pick up metal. Luckily, Rocket has something in Backpack Buddy that can pick up metal. She decides to do an experiment to figure out what can pick up the metal bar. They try a banana, but it didn't stick to the metal, so that was not the correct item. Next, they try a magnet. The magnet sticks to the metal bar, meaning that's the right item. Skya now has a magnet to pick up the 4 heavy metal pieces. She had to place the correct shape into the correct hole. In no time, Puzzle Bridge was all put together. Rocket and Pikachu go over it and thank Skya for fixing Puzzle Bridge. She wishes them good luck on saving Kona Ice Truck. Now, they had to get to Snapping Turtle Lake, but there were lots of rocks and sticks blocking the path. Pikachu thought Bulldozer can push the rocks and sticks that are blocking the path. So, he calls Bulldozer over the truck phone. Bulldozer, a tame bull like bulldozer, came at once. Pikachu needed him to push the rocks and sticks that were blocking the path. He was glad to do this and doesn't want anything getting in his way, even when red occurs as Rocket hides himself in a blanket to hide his true red color. They jump on and put their seat belts on. Kona Ice Truck really needs help. Pikachu tells him that they were coming. Bulldozer pushes the rocks and sticks out of the way and gives them a ride to Snapping Turtle Lake. Suddenly, they hear alicorns. They even saw an alicorn that has a nose that looks like a air horn that honks. It was Noisy. They catch the alicorns and put them into the magic pocket. After that, Pikachu thanks Bulldozer for the ride. They made it to Snapping Turtle Lake. Pikachu gets the truck phone and calls on Fireman Sam who had Jupiter's long ladder with a rescue bucket attached to it. Fireman Sam comes and then they jump into Jupiter's rescue basket. They had to be careful with snapping turtles. So, they had to tell Sam to raise the latter up so he can life them up to dodge the snapping turtles. They dodge 3 snapping turtles. And then, they made it to the other side. Fireman Sam wishes them good luck on their rescue. They were getting close to the Kona Ice Truck. All they have to do is go to near the Bowling Alley to rescue him. Rocket saw that Kona Ice Truck is stuck in the ditch. Pikachu calls out to him and he calls back knowing that they're here. Now, Pikachu had to find which vehicle can pull Kona Ice Truck out of the ditch. He believes Tow Mater is the one for the job. Mater gets called over the vehicle phone and says "Howdy, electric buddy. I'm right on your tail. Yeehaw!" and Mater comes at once. Pikachu tells Kona Ice Truck not to worry and that they'll have him out soon. Kona Ice Truck wanted them to hurry. Mater had a special new big hook. Kona Ice truck was amazed and gives a compliment on the big hook. Mater accepted the compliment. He lowers the big hook for Kona Ice Truck to get him out of the ditch. But just before Mater could finish his sentence, a honk alarm occurs. Noisy comes out of the magic pocket and honks out from her nose. Rocket thinks Noisy is trying to warn them about something. Rainbow Sparkle is trying to understand what Noisy is warning about until she sees a blue airplane. Big Jet appears behind the tree. Rocket thinks Big Jet is going to steal the hook. They had to stop him fast. Rocket activates the magic shield and in no time, Big Jet can't get the hook and runs off. Rocket thanked Noisy for the warning and credits her as the Big Jet Alarm System: as a way to alert them when Big Jet is near. Noisy goes back into the Magic Pocket. After that, it was time to get Kona Ice Truck out of the ditch. Mater's big hook hitches on to the front of Kona Ice Truck. Mater has to get them to crank the handle. They did so and Mater pulls Kona Ice Truck up and out of the ditch. He was happy to be saved. Pikachu asked Kona Ice Truck about what he was doing. He explained to him that he's bringing free shaved ice to the Special Olympics athletes at the bowling alley to help them cool off while they compete. Rocket follow Kona Ice Truck to the bowling alley. Just then, the Special Olympic Athletes saw the Kona Ice Truck and got excited. "Free shaved ice for athletes and everyone!" shouted Kona Ice Truck. They all got shaved ice to eat, even Rocket and Pikachu.
