Rocket and Pikachu are acting silly. Suddenly, Derpy had an extra special letter for Rocket and Pikachu but he keeps flying the wrong direction. They tell her that they were down on the ground. Derpy goes to the left. They call out again saying they were down below. Derpy finally saw them. She had a special invitation for them somewhere in her mail bag. She accidentally takes out a frying pan, a lamp, and a pillow. But eventually, she finds the invitation for Rocket and Pikachu. They thank Derpy for the letter. She was in a hurry and flies to the left but then she realized she had to go to the right and was long gone. Rocket opens the letter and inside was an invitation.

But that was not all they saw, there were balloons and confetti and there were also some silly hats for them to wear. Drago was having a Super Silly Party. They decided to go there. As they got going, Drago had a problem of his own. He could not find the pinata for the party. He panics and looks all around for the pinata for the Super Silly Party, but he could not find where he put it. They had to find the quickest way to the Super Silly Party. They ask IPhone for directions. He says that they have to go past the singing gate and over the bear bridge to get to the Super Silly Party. He also mentions to look out for alicorns along the way. They got going but had a silly mistake on their travel. They see Cousin Rocket and 4 animals that are not making their usual sounds. They go to her to help her out.

First, there was a dog who oinks, but corrects himself to bark. Next, there was a cow that meows, but corrects it to be mooing. Then, there was a duck that whinny like a horse and that was silly. The duck only quacks. And finally, a frog tweets likes a bird and that was also incorrect. The frog only croaks. After that, they got going and Cousin Rocket thanked them as they head for the singing gate. Pikachu tries to pull open the gate but then it laughs, because he was tickling him (The singing gate is now male instead of female). They tell singing gate that they have to go through because they are going to the super silly party. Singing Gate promises to let them through but only if they help him sing his songs because he keeps getting mixed up. They said they can help him. First up, Singing Gate sings "The Smile Song", but instead of "Smile", he says "laugh". They laugh, but then correct him by singing the song correctly. Singing Gate tries another song, "Old Macdonald". He sings "funhouse" instead of "farm". Once again, they correct him by singing the song correctly. Not too long after that, the Singing Gate thanks them for singing his songs correctly and, as a promise, he opens and lets them go through.

After that, they see Cheese Sandwich juggling. He loses control and each of the 7 balls hits his head one by one. He tells them that he should practice his juggling more and he giggles. Suddenly, Big Jet was nearby. He hides inside a rock and surprises him with a peek-a-boo. Big Jet swipes and juggles the 7 balls and hides them in the tree. They had to find all 7 juggling balls. They all had polka dots. Sure enough, all of them were found. After that, Cheese Sandwich catches them and started juggling again. Rocket and Pikachu were going to see him later at the Super Silly Party. They got going to let Cheese Sandwich concentrate on his juggling.

Soon after, they made it to the bear bridge and Grumpy Bear is not going to let them cross his bridge unless they have to make him laugh. They had to think of ways to make the bear laugh. Rocket had an idea, he thinks that making silly faces can make Grumpy Bear laugh. They make silly faces and do a silly dance. Grumpy Bear watches and then he starts to laugh. After that, he lets them cross his bridge. After that, they had to figure out where to go next. The 3 thought bubbles (that were supposed to be at the top in every episode) pop up in front of Rocket, he drags them back up. So far went past the singing gate and went over the bear bridge. All they have to do now is go to the Super Silly Party.

They get going on saw the Super Silly Party is in Jakes Unlimited. They see Sweetie Belle in her bubble powered copter mobile. Rocket asks her if they like a ride to the Super Silly Party. She was glad to and she was also going there. They jump in and put their seatbelts. Sweetie Belle starts up her bubble powered copter mobile and goes up. But then, alicorns come out from behind the clouds. There was even an alicorn named Comedy. Pikachu thinks Comedy is so funny that he wanted to catch him. They caught the alicorns and Pikachu caught the alicorn he was after which was Comedy. They put them in the magic pocket. They can see Jakes Unlimited down below.

Sweetie Belle takes them down. After that, they jump out to help Drago find the pinata. He tells them he cannot find the pinata anywhere and now his Super Silly Party is ruined. They laughed and knew where his pinata was, because the Super Silly Party is maybe not ruined. As it turns out, the pinata was shaped like a crown and Drago had it on his head, thinking the crown was real and had to wear it. He had to admit that he was so silly, because he put the pinata crown on his head thinking it was real and forgotten that the crown is a pinata. And now that he has the pinata, he can have the Super Silly Party with all his friends. Everybody came there. They all had a silly good time!
