Properties of the Grimoire of the Infernal Conclave:
Conclave's Call: The wielder can use the Grimoire to summon a demon from the ranks of the Infernal Conclave once per long rest without expending a spell slot, though they must succeed on a DC 18 Charisma check to maintain control over the demon.
Infernal Runes: Spells cast from the Grimoire that deal fire damage burn hotter than normal, dealing an extra 1d4 fire damage upon casting.
Pact of the Archdemons: When casting spells of the conjuration school from this book, the caster gains temporary hit points equal to half the level of the spell as they tap into the life force of the demon they are communing with.
Curse of the Grimoire of the Infernal Conclave:
Mark of the Conclave: Each use of the Grimoire's power leaves a visible mark upon the caster's body, a sign of their infernal pact. Accumulating these marks could have unknown repercussions with celestial beings or others who oppose the forces of the underworld.
Infernal Obsession: The knowledge within the Grimoire is addicting. The wielder must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw after each use of the book's powers. On a failed save, they become obsessed with the book, unwilling to part with it and suffering disadvantage on all Wisdom checks and saving throws until they are able to cast another spell from it.
